Acceptable Use Policy
Mockup notice: this is sample, non-binding placeholder copy used to demonstrate the legal-document template. It is not SimplyNode's actual acceptable use policy and should not be relied upon.
01Purpose
This policy defines how the SimplyNode network may and may not be used. It exists to protect the people whose connections make up our pool, the targets you reach through it, and the reputation of the service for every other customer. It applies to everyone using the service.
02Prohibited activities
You may not use the service for, or in connection with, any of the following:
Any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the target's
Fraud, phishing, carding, or financial crime
Accessing, distributing, or producing CSAM or other illegal content
Hacking, credential stuffing against systems you don't own, or unauthorised access
Distributing malware, spam, or conducting denial-of-service attacks
Infringing intellectual property or violating others' privacy rights
03Target-site conduct
Respect the terms and technical limits of the sites you reach. Do not attempt to overwhelm a target with excessive request volume, bypass security controls you are not authorised to bypass, or use the network to cause harm or disruption to third parties.
04Verification & KYC
We require identity verification before granting access to the network. This filters out the use cases we will not serve and keeps the pool reputable. We may request additional information or sourcing-review documentation at any time.
05Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
06Reporting abuse
If you believe the network is being misused, report it to abuse@simplynode.io. Reports are handled with priority. We also accept sourcing-documentation requests from rights holders and compliance teams.
07Changes & contact
We may update this policy as the service and legal landscape evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact support@simplynode.io or see our contact page.
